Injured Workers. Individuals
who have experienced on the job or personal
injury that impacts or limits their career
options. Eileen M. Lincicome can, through
interview, evaluation, and case management,
generate realistic, manageable, and
attainable work goals.
Americans with Disabilities.
Disabilities come in many shapes and sizes.
Attentional problems (ADHD), substance
abuse, eating disorders, depression,
anxiety, PTSD, orthopedic problems, learning
difficulties, diabetes, oppositional/defiant
disorder, and many other clinical diagnoses
can negatively impact an individual's
ability to seek and retain successful
employment. Involvement in

vocational
rehabilitation services can help to empower
the individual to accept and believe in who
they are, and pursue training and employment
that works with, rather than against, their
individuality.
At-Risk Teens. Eileen has
over five years experience working with the
at-risk teen group, especially those
enrolled in therapeutic emotional growth
schools. All teens in the at-risk category
struggle with barriers of some kind
(attitudinal, emotional, substance abuse)
and need counseling, evaluation and planning
to assure alignment with barriers and goals
to attain successful schooling and work.
